3. The Tonies. These guys are cooperative, mild, perceptive, and diplomatic. They listen, build, and avert friction as their weakness they are indecisive in crunch situations.

4. The Monies. These people are discerning, they see all options and they have the ability to judge accurately, with that as their weakness they lack drive and the ability to inspire others.
